A user friendly, robust & reliable starter/development kit based on the renowned ATMEL AVR microcontrollers. Suitable to be used as a teaching and learning system that covers basic AVR microcontroller’s fundamental up to advance microcontroller programming, interfacing and control. Programming can be done in assembly or C. Various optional experiment modules(MCU-IF-Series) are available to choose from to demonstrate AVR microcontroller interfacing capability that covers basic I/Os, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, DC motor, stepper motor, real time clock,  relays, rotary encoder, 7-segment LEDs, LCDs, buzzer, IR, matrix keypad & etc.
• On-board microcontroller device sockets to support:    40pins AVR (i.e. ATMEGA8535L, 32L/, 16L)    28 pins AVR (i.e. ATMEGA8 A/L, 48, 88, 168, 328)    20 pin AVR (i.e. ATTiny 2313/A, 4313) • On-off power switch with indicator. • Fuse protection for overload or short-circuit • On-board 5V regulator • On-board 40 way ZIF socket, 28 way ZIF socket and 20 way DIP socket to    accommodate AVR MCUs • Reset button • ISP, JTAG & Arduino ISP connector interface • On board serial communication interface via one DB9 female socket • On board UART pinout for RX, TX, Vcc and GND • Mode selector via DIP switches • Easy accessible I/O pin out from AVR devices via standard DIL header  connectors(to   connect to external interface boards  via interface flex cable) • All MCU pin-outs via turned pin SIL sockets for expansion • Operating Voltage: 9~12VDC/1A unregulated via AC-DC Power Adapter.
